My naughty dog doesn't like to be groomed and will leave some gift (poo) at Cleo's place when she goes there for grooming. However, Cleo is patient and does not complain about it. Very reliable & efficient service. Handles my dog with care and I'm always happy with the quality of each grooming session. Highly recommended!

Last October, my big boy crossed the rainbow bridge. When he passed on, he soiled himself and was soaked in pee. I wanted him to be nicely groom before sending him off. It was already 8 plus at night and Cleo rushed over immediately to help groom my boy the moment she received my call. She gave him a wonderful last grooming and he was so handsome for the send off. My boy was 23kg and Cleo had to carry him to the bathroom to shower, it was a backbreaking job but Cleo did it so willingly. I'm really thankful to Cleo for all that she has done for my babies and I will only trust her with my babies ❤

My lil girl Tianna is blind and has laxalating patella in both hind knees and she's terrified when she goes grooming. Due to her medical condition and fears, I'm very particular about where I send her for grooming. I've tried sending her to expensive and reputable petshops thinking that they maybe better at handling special needs dogs but she comes back terrified and sometimes with a limp. Grooming was a stressful event for me and Tianna as I couldn't find a groomer that could handle Tianna's condition.
Cleo is a godsend. She's so gentle and careful with Tianna. When Tianna goes to other groomers she always tremble in fear but with Cleo, she doesn't tremble at all and would wag her tail when Cleo picks her up for grooming! Cleo always give Tianna such a pretty cut and Tianna always come back looking so happy and pleased. Cleo is very attentive and will always update me if she notice any issues with Tianna's health, be it skin issues, ear issues or leg issues. Thanks to Cleo's attentiveness, I found out Tianna has food allergies as Cleo noticed it and highlighted it to me. Cleo is always so willing to share advise. She is not just a groomer, she goes beyond her duty and goes the extra mile and I could feel she geninuely cares and loves all the furkids. I've recently adopted another furkid and he goes to Cleo for grooming too! I'm really thankful to Cleo for all that she has done for my babies!
